Pricing

Please take note that all pricing stated is not mean for seasonal period, such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas Day, New Year, Lunar New Year, Father’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Substitution

Due to global weather or seasonal conditions, the fresh flowers use on all flower arrangements may be substituted of similar or same value flowers. In case of the main flowers are not available, we will contact customers to propose alternative.

Delivery

Please note that we deliver according to the address provided in the Delivery Order; that is information provided to us by the customer (you). We will not bear any responsibility for incorrect delivery address. If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to our delivery officers, for redelivery, please pay for the delivery charges once again.

If the recipient isn’t at the delivery address, there are three things that could happen.

  1. If delivered to home, our delivery officers will leave the goods at a location pre-decided by the sender.
  2. If delivered to office, our delivery officers will leave the goods with the office reception staff.
  3. If the sender requested for redelivery, sender have to pay for delivery charges once again.

Redelivery payment can be made via bank transfer or through online web purchase of the redelivery package.

Redelivery charges is fix at $20.

Cancellation

Orders that are already prepared dispatched or in transit, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
